I needed to find white bean flour for a gluten-free recipe I wanted to try. None of the stores in town carried it, so I bought it on Amazon. Problem solved. The recipe (bread) turned out great, tthough, like all gluten-free baked goods, it doesn't hold together as well as "normal" foods. That's not the fault of the flour though.
