I've made Fettuccine and Spaghetti with this flour and both turned out GREAT! And it tasted delicious. Barry Farm shipped quickly and the flour arrived in a nice heavy bag that I reseal with my foodsaver. I'll be reordering this whenever I run out because finding Semolina flour where I live is impossible.
