I made a wonderful soup with this product. I mixed a couple tbsp. with a cup of plain yogurt and water and flavored it with panchpran and ginger. Came out great. I also use it as a thickener in my cooking and for pakoras.Get more detail about Ajika Besan or Chick Pea Flour -1 Lb..
