I purchased this flour based on other reviews, and specifically to make our Christmas cookies this past year. Like others, my family was delighted by the taste & texture of our cookies which were much better than any gluten free cookies that we had made or bought before! In my recipes I did double the amount of Vanilla that was called for because we like a richer taste. I will always buy this flour.
