I've tried other brands of sorghum and have been very disappointed. Barry Farm Sorghum flour is very finely milled which gives your baked product a softer texture. It's also a lighter color which I like. Low Price Sorghum Flour, Sweet White, 1 lb.

I ordered 1 lb of Sorghum flour from Barry Farm Foods. The flour is fine and costs $1.99 but the postage cost was $7.50! That is really too much compared to the cost of the product. I think the postage rates should be stated clearly before the product order is confirmed.
