February 16, 2010: They have changed the product again. It now absorbs liquid and cooks just fine. It is also digestible. However, I don't much care for it as something to eat. I will stick with whey.
September 13, 2009: This used to be a great product, but they had to modify it recently to ensure that the product is non-GMO. The "new" product now contains too many burned black pieces; no longer absorbs water; and is indigestible, passing in hard granules all the way through the digestive system -- very unpleasant.
