This flour tastes amazing and is perfect in baked goods. I highly recommend it!
The only problem I have is with the measurements. I typically measure by weight rather than by volume, but I am having a problem with this flour. The package states that two tablespoons is 28g. However, 28 grams measures closer to four tablespoons, even when tightly packed.
