I found a really great gluten free chocolate cake recipe and it required a mix of three different products, one of which is this rice flour. I found that the only place to find it was on-line. Amazon shipped it immediately and my cake was really good. I bought extra, just to have on hand. If you're looking for a really fine flour, this one is the consistency of cornstarch and you don't get any grittiness that is often associated with rice flour. I personaly would recommend it and the price was actually really reasonable. Oh by the way, my non-gluten-free sister requested the gluten-free cake for her birthday.
