We use a lot of spelt flour and have had difficulty finding a supplier. Other suppliers will take weeks, sometimes into 2 months, to send the product. This time the product came within days and is a great white spelt flour. We sure do appreciate the prompt service. FYI, the flour is packaged in a blue transparent bag with a slip-tie closure.
