
For hard core breadmakers, this may not be the best flour, but as a go-to for most baking, Giusto's is fine stuff indeed. In comparison to Gold Medal or generic stuff (ie, Trader Josef's from Trader Joe's or 365 from Whole Foods) you can really tell the quality of the milling when you look at the flour. It makes an excellent crumb on cakes and cookies and I was very happy with the overall quality and texture of my baked goods.
Bottom line: While King Arthur is probably still my favorite all-purpose flour, as a locally milled, organic flour, Giusto's is my greener choice. Two thumbs up.Get more detail about
