I used Bob's cornmeal, medium grind for my corn muffins and they turned out to be too gritty- with awful hard bits that did not compliment the moistness of the muffin. I was really disappointed, although the flavor it brought was good. I only wish I could return this product to the store and have another brand that's finer in texture...Get more detail about Cornmeal, Medium, 24 oz..
